Application hosting, database hosting, and operational logging. Processes account-linked application records, customer-submitted content, usage records, and technical logs.
Clerk
Account authentication and session management, including authentication-related communications. Processes account details, authentication and session identifiers, IP addresses, and browser/device information.
Cloudflare
Website traffic delivery and security, and R2 document storage. Processes request and network information, including IP addresses, and any personal information contained in stored documents.
OpenAI
AI-assisted scoring, analysis, chat, and content moderation. Depending on the feature, processes selected messages, relevant business-profile information, and other submitted content, which may contain personal information.
Google Workspace (including Gmail and Drive)
Business email, customer communications, and document storage and collaboration. May process customer contact information, correspondence, and identifiable interview or feedback information.
Make
Signup-notification automation. Processes signup-event information received from our authentication provider, including names, account identifiers, and account-creation information, to prepare and deliver internal signup alerts.
Telegram
Delivery of internal signup alerts through a Telegram bot. Receives the signup notification, including the user's first and last name, Clerk user ID, primary email-address record ID, and account-creation timestamp.
